This sub-decree aims to define the criteria, procedures, mechanisms, and institutional arrangements for the initiation and granting of economic land concessions, for monitoring the implementation of contracts, and for reviewing economic land concessions that were signed before this sub-decree came into force in accordance with the provisions of the Land Law, 2001.
