Cutting a total land of 1,219.61 ha in Cheuteal Chrum village of Koul commune in Prasat Sambo district of Kampong Thom province: 812.57 ha from ELC of Gold Foison company, 9.45 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, and 397.59 ha from land with confiscation Deika; Reclassifying 1,162.04 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 302 families; Reserving 57.57 ha for phyiscal infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 444 private land parcels.
