Cutting 1,659.37 ha in O Srolaov village of Phlat commune in Anlong Veng district of Uddor Meanchey province: 1,190 ha from ELC of Tomring Rubber, 122.92 ha from ELC of Data Rubber, 28.13 ha from ELC of Khun Sea company, and 318.32 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; Reclassifying 1,103.7 ha as state private land for donating to 283 families; Reserving 555.67 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 361 private land parcels and 1 public land parcel.
