Cutting 453.62 ha in Cheuteal Chrum village of O Svay commune in Trapaeng Prasat district of Uddor Meanchey province: 302.46 ha from Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary, and 151.16 ha from ELC of Khun Sea Import Export; Reclassifying 440.46 ha as state private land for donating to 37 families; Reserving 13.16 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 57 private land parcels.
