This Sub-decree No 132 made a decision to be reclassified the surface land of 20,285 square meters (twenty thousand two hundred and fifty five square meters). located in Kokir village, Bet Trang commune, Prey Nob district, Preah Sihanouk province, which is state public property to reclassified as the state private property to grant ownership to Mr. Peng Chea, a representative of Ms. Vich Hong. The reclassification area as defined in Article 1 shall be processed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as the occupying authority and the Ministry of Economy and Finance as the managing authority, as well as cooperating with the relevant ministries and territorial authorities, delisting from the state property inventory to grant ownership to Mr. Peng Chea, the representative of Ms. Vich Hong in accordance with the procedures in force.
