Description

The Phnom Penh Municipality firstly announced the public experiment on difference three bus transportation lines operating in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Phnom Penh Capital Hall released an announcement on the opening public transport service to the publics provided by City Hall’s Phnom Penh City Bus following to the date and line’s network separately. Line 1: opened on 01 September 2014, starting from Kilometer No 9 along National Road No 5, Old Stadium Roundabout, Preah Monivong Blvd, Preah Monivong Bridge, and turn back at Bueng Chhouk Terminal, Nation Road No 1 (67 bus stops). Line 2: opened on 07 September 2014, starting from Night Market along Preah Sisowath Quay, Cambodia-Japan Friendship Bridge, Old Stadium Roundabout, Street 70 & 273, Toul Kok TVK Station (Ang Ten Toul Kok), Kim Il Sung Blvd, Mao Tse Toung Blvd, Bokor Stop, Preah Monivong Blvd to National Road No 2 and turn back at Ta Khmau Roundabout (68 bus stops). Line 3: opened on 15 September 2014, starting from Night Market, Street 106, Preah Norodom Blvd, Street 130, The Central Market (Phsar Thmey), Kampuchea Krom Blvd, under Techno Sky Bridge, Confederation de la Russie, under 7 Makara Sky Bridge, Phnom Penh International Airport, and turn back at Chaom Chao Circle Garden (49 bus stops). The buses on these three lines start running from 05:30 AM to 08:30 PM.
