Order of the Prime Minister No. 5 /2563 Re : Establishment of a Special Task Force to Perform Duties in Accordance with the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005)

Pursuant to the Declaration of an Emergency Situation in all areas of the Kingdom of Thailand as from 26 March B.E. 2563 (2020);

In order to remedy the emergency situation in an appropriate and effective manner, by virtue of Section 7 paragraphs three and five of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005), and whereas the Council of Ministers passed a Resolution on 24 March B.E. 2563 (2020) to set up an ad hoc Special Task Force to perform duties in accordance with the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (2005).
