NCPO’s Order 3/2559 on the legal exemption of urban planning law and building control law in Special Economic Zones

Due to the land use requirements in the ministerial regulations prescribing the Town and Planning Act No.4 B.E. 2558 (2015) and the legal requirements for the buildings shall apply. But it is not aligned with the guidelines for the development of special economic zones. Therefore, this Order aims to support the implementation and management of the area in the Special Economic Zone in a timely manner. This will be useful for economic reform of the country.
