Cutting a total land of 3,013 ha in Seang Pang district of Stung Treng province: 3,003.1255 ha from economic land concession of Green Sea Industry Co., Ltd, and 10.5134 ha from forest concession of Pheapimex Fuchan Co., Ltd; and Reclassifying 2,402.0246 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 842 families; Reserving 611.6143 ha as state public land; and Granting rights to 1,601 private land parcels.
