Cutting a total land of 2,717 ha in Pongro commune of Rolea Bphea district, Toul Kpos commune of Tuek Phos district, and Tbeng Kpos commune of Samki Meanchey district in Pursat province: 79 ha from former Sery Enterprise; 1,648 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; 956 ha from Mean Kor-Hun Sen Paper Tree Nursery Station; and 34 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; and Reclassifying 2,562 ha as state private land for granting donoation of ownership to 1,441 families, and reserving 155 ha as state public land.
