Sub-Decree on the Organization and Functioning of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking
This sub-decree aims to define the roles and responsibilities of the Secretariat of the National Committee for Combating Human Trafficking to be in coordination with related ministries, local and international institutions and the Provincial Committees for Counter Trafficking-in-Persons (PCCT) at the sub-national level in order to fight against trafficking and commercial exploitation of all kinds, especially on women and children.
