Cutting 374 ha of land in Trapaeng Thlok village of Sdaov commune in Sangkum Thmey district of Preah Vihear province: 361.64 ha from ELC of TPP, and 12.36 ha from ELC of Ample Focus (Cambodia); Reclassifying 339.18 ha as state private land for donating to 181 families; and Reserving 34.82 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
