Cutting 4,050.70 ha in Toul Krous village of Phlat commune in Anlong Veng district of Uddor Meanchey province: 1,925.34 ha from ELC of Tomring Rubber, 1,122.54 ha from ELC of Data Rubber, 314.59 ha from ELC of Khun Sea company, and 688.23 ha from 2002 Forest Cover; Reclassifying 3,272.04 ha as state private land for donating to 714 families; Reserving 778.66 ha for physical infrastructure development; and Granting ownership to 1,119 private land parcels.
