Results on the national assembly's election (1998)

The dataset describes the information on the official results of the National Assembly's election in 1998 for the second legislature, reported by National Election Committee (NEC). The resource illustrates information on the total number of the registered voters, voter turnout, and the seats received by each political party in 23 city and provinces, throughout Cambodia.The data was collected from government sources by ODC’s mappers in pdf format. Geographic data is encoded in the WGS 84, Zone 48 North coordinate reference system.

Process Step	Available data was collected from government sources by ODC’s mappers in pdf format. The data in pdf format was then transformed into excel file and then link with spatial shape called as shapefile format via join and relate tool in QGIS. The data in shapefile format was finally exported to CSV, JPEG, and GEOJSON files.
