Law on tobacco control

The purpose of the law on tobacco control is to protect the public health and minimize its impacts on health, economic, society, and environment caused by tobacco products. The objectives of the law is to determine measures to manage and control tobacco products; promote awareness of effects of tobacco use to public and their participation; and cooperate with ministries, national and international institutions, and civil society to advance education and to reduce tobacco use.
