Cutting 663.67 ha in Toul Roveang village of Romtom commune in Roveang district of Preah Vihear province: 374.97 ha from 2002 Forest Cover, 46.68 ha from ELC of Kim Chea Toun Group Co., Ltd, 47.60 ha from ELC of China Great Cause (Cambodia) Investment, and 194.42 ha from ELC of Green Choice (Cambodia); Reclassifying 603.39 ha as state private land for donating to 275 families; and Reserving 60.28 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
