Cutting 1,348 ha in Svay Damnak Chas village of Romtom commune in Roveang district of Preah Vihear province: 931 ha from Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary, and 417 ha from ELC of Green Choice (Cambodia) Co., Ltd; Reclassifying 1,309 ha for donating to 322 families; Reserving 39 ha for population growth and physical infrastructure development.
